strange odor barely working wifi
the location WAS good.
the room was a Club TWIN room and it stank. some strange ODOR filled the small space. I told the front desk but NOTHING changed during my whole stay. the wifi was also barely WORKING, a total disaster.

wonderful family stay
convenient location attentive staff family support
i found the location quite convenient to major attractions. exploring with my family was very easy. mr alain was particularly helpful when my son was not feeling well. he ensured we had extra bedding and everything needed for comfort. the kind support really made a difference.
the breakfast had limited options.

the hotel is a short walk from trocadero square. this makes seeing the eiffel tower very accessible, it is only about a 5-10 minute walk away. i thought this location provided good safety even late at night.

the room itself had good conditions and cleanliness. the bed was clean, and there were no bathroom odors. i had booked a slightly larger room because i knew the rooms might be smaller than average. it was smaller compared to other countries but not bad.

acceptable stay near tourist spots
convenient location grocery store tourist spots small room thin wall snoring neighbor
i enjoyed the very convenient location. i walked to the eiffel tower and arc de triomphe easily. the little grocery store next door was also very useful.
the room felt small. they put a desk and a bench in it, and these were not necessary. the walls were thin, and i heard my neighbor snoring one night.

water temperature corridor noise
the staff were friendly and helpful i felt welcomed.
the water temperature in the shower fluctuated i could not maintain a consistent temperature the noise from the corridor was disturbing especially since i am a light sleeper i found it difficult to rest properly.
